I am a self taught professional Artist, based in Wolverhampton, England.

My paintings cover a wide range of subjects but my main passion is custom pet portraits and wildlife. My medium is watercolour and charcoal.
I am also a big fan of sketching using liners or ink.

I have recently started giving demonstrations at local clubs and with the Wolverhampton Society of Artists

Graham Short, a renowned micro artist, with my miniature portrait of him, presented after a talk of his at Hammonds Gallery in Shifnal. This was the smallest portrait I had ever done, so a whole new experience.


A small stand I had at a local dog show in Wheaton Aston showing some of my pet portraits. The staffy appreciated them so much he had to pose for the camera.






Fantastic event at International Watercolour Masters 2024 at Lilleshall in the UK where I was working as a volunteer. It was a pleasure to meet with some of the best watercolour artists from around the world.
Exhibitions


I was very pleased to attend the Annual Exhibition of Miniature Art at the Bankside Gallery in London, particularly as one of my paintings was on display.
I felt very proud of myself as it was my first attempt and also knowing the strict selection criteria, it was a pleasure meeting some of the best artists producing miniatures in the country.

Very glad to be part of the Printfest Exhibition 2024 at Newhampton Art Centre, it was well attended with many prints exhibited and I'm pleased to hear that it will be back next year.


Walsall Society of Artists Art meets Poetry 2025 exhibition at the New Art Gallery in Walsall. A collaboration of Art and Poetry between Walsall Society of Artists and Walsall Poets Collective Susan Wood wrote a poem Hae Nang Maew, inspired by one of my paintings, Cat and Kittens.
